Better today, somewhat

I do feel better today.  I got off work yesterday after coming early for meetings, went home and tried to rest but couldn't.  I played WoW for the afternoon, watched TV for a while, then took some Nyquil, showered and went to sleep, completely exhausted.

I had some really crazy dreams, thankfully my mother wasn't in any of them.  I woke up feeling mostly refreshed.  I feel still slightly stressed, but feel more able to deal with after some good restfull sleep.  I hope that a little more time between me and Saturday will make things even better.  And if I treat myself a bit more between now and then, all the better.  I'm enjoying having a little extra money right now, and am making the best of it, while keeping the future in mind.  I feel very responsible about it all.  That's pretty much a first time.

Also, on a slightly related note, I was right about the music thing.  I've been emersing myself in a lot of classic rock, and slightly upbeat, more historically nostalgic instead of psychologically and I do feel a difference despite everything from this weekend.

Let me say, I really appreciate the kind and supportive words, after my long post from yesterday.  It means a lot to me that I have you all.  On a wedding related note, Matt and I are going to focus on getting our pictures taken and sending announcements out in the near future.  If you want an announcement, and I don't have your address from Christmas, please let me know:  elizabeth (at) scattereddelusions (dot) com

I am glad your mood has imporved. Having the afternoon to relax and enjoy yourself was probably a blessing. And as time takes you away from saturday, it probably will dull the edge of the pain a little more.

I don't. That's probably going on my list of things to do very soon.
